BUILD
BUILD is dedicated to the development of strength. Whether you're relatively strong already, or starting from scratch - STRONG IS ON!
First we'll get clear on technique and movements cues, then we'll load suitable weight to get you lifting more & more each week!
We'll provide the programming - you provide the effort!

TRIPLE-X
Where strength meets sweat—and things get a little spicy.
This is our conditioning class, blending weights and cardio to build real, all-round fitness. You’ll move through a mix of workout styles like timed intervals, rounds, circuits, and team sessions—so no two days feel the same.
The programming is structured and progressive, but delivered in a way that keeps things fun, challenging, and far from boring. You’ll push your pace, build endurance, and walk out feeling like you actually worked.
POWER
Not just strong—powerful.
POWER is a strength-focused class with more intent behind every rep. We’re not just lifting weights here—we’re learning how to move them with speed, control, and purpose.
You’ll see a mix of compound lifts, explosive movements, and power-based accessories designed to help you build strength that actually transfers into real life. Think stronger lifts, better coordination, and more confidence in how you move.
If BUILD lays the foundation, POWER is where you learn to use it.
SQUAD
Where conditioning meets community!
SQUAD is our team or partner based training session, with a similar structure to our TRIPLE-X classes. Built around community & connection.
Train together - push together!
XTRAs
Our XTRAs class is all about extra technique & skill work, or seasonal competition prep.
It’s where studios offer additional training outside of their regular programming to help you go the XTRA mile!

MOVE
Strength meets mobility. MOVE is all about building control, stability, and strength through full range of motion.
Expect a slower pace, intentional movement, and a focus on joint health, posture, and core strength.
It’s the class your body didn’t know it needed — but won’t want to go without.
BLITZ
In, out, and back to work.
BLITZ is your no-fuss lunch session. A quick, conditioning-focused workout you can jump into, follow on the screen, and get a solid sweat without overthinking it.
Perfect for a little midday de-stress!
At StudioX Hamilton North, youth classes meet twice a week, with one session dedicated to functional strength and the other geared towards enhancing aerobic capacity.
Offered as a block course at StudioX Palmerston North, training alongside the school terms.
Designed for ages 10-16, the atmosphere is exciting, fun, and friendly! Creating an engaging environment for young participants to develop both physical strength, coordination and development of quality movement.
