TRIPLE-X

Let's get the heart rate up! TRIPLE-X aims to push your limits and enhance your work capacity and cardiovascular health through diverse conditioning sessions.

Suitable for all fitness levels, you can go at your own pace, but expect our coaches to push you to bring out your best effort!

Find your pace, focus on each movement, and leave feeling like you've taken a giant leap towards a better you! We can promise the playlist will be on point, community atmosphere is ON, lighting just right, and coaches bringing an energy your city is yet to experience up close!

MOVE

Strength meets mobility. MOVE is all about building control, stability, and strength through full range of motion.

Expect a slower pace, intentional movement, and a focus on joint health, posture, and core strength.

It’s the class your body didn’t know it needed — but won’t want to go without.

BLITZ

Short on time? BLITZ is your go-to lunchtime burner. A 40-45 minute version of our signature strength & conditioning sessions—same intensity, just condensed.

Get in, lift well, move hard, and get back to your day.

At StudioX Hamilton North, youth classes meet twice a week, with one session dedicated to functional strength and the other geared towards enhancing aerobic capacity.

Offered as a block course at StudioX Palmerston North, training once a week focusing on Youth Weightlifting.

Designed for ages 10-16, the atmosphere is exciting, fun, and friendly! Creating an engaging environment for young participants to develop both physical strength, coordination and development of quality movement.
