What is Semi-Private?

Think of it as personal training… just in a small group.

You’ll train in a group of no more than 3-4 people, with a coach right there guiding you every step of the way.

Your training is built around you — your goals, your body, your experience level.

At times you may train alongside others doing similar movements, but everything is adjusted and coached to suit your capability and progression.

Before you even start training, we set the foundation properly.

Your Pre-Assessment (1 hour) includes:
